Hope HouseThis Georgian town house is in the heart of Stamford, approximately 15 minutes from Rutland Water. It has one double and one twin bedroom (each with an en-suite bathroom) a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a courtyard garden.

It is centrally heated and is fully equipped with a TV, Bose CD player and radio, washing machine, cooker, fridge, crockery, cutlery, towels and bedding.

Fees: £315-£600 per week, or £125-£250 per two nights (minimum stay)

No pets and no smoking please.
