With extensive views over farmland and set-aside, the Granary is perfect for watching Kestrels, Barn Owls, Skylarks, Lapwings, Warblers, also Pipistrelles, Foxes and Badgers!

We are on a no-through road, 2.5 miles from our village, with no neighbours. Pub 10 mins, Bourne 15 mins, Rutland Water 40 mins, Gibraltar Point and the Wash between 40 - 60 mins.

Avocet RestAvocet Rest offers luxury self catering holiday for two and is ideally situated for the bird watcher and nature lover, Our location is a bird watchers paradise as we are well placed for easy access to the RSPB reserves of Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore and the Wash are less than a mile away. Snettisham and Titchwell are also close by. Boat trips are run by the RSPB from Boston out into the Wash and up the river Witham.

For the walkers, Boston offers information of 10 walks in and around Boston and the country side. Gibraltar Point has a visitors centre including coffee shop, and toilet facilities. One of the main attractions there are the seals who can be seen on the beaches all the year round. Skegness has it’s own seal rescue centre which is open to the public all the year round.
