Villa is situated within the Parc Natural S’Albufera (1947 acres). Only few houses where allowed to stay after UNESCO designated it as a WORLD BIOSPHERE due to its unspoilt nature in 1998. There are bird watching stands and small cabins. The villa is functional, cosy, very well maintained and lodges a maximum of 6 people.

Species sighted:
Arctic Terns, Lapwings, Rollers, Cranes, Flamingos, Avocets, Bee-eaters, Common, Pallid and Alpine Swifts, Eleanora’s Falcons, Shearwaters, Night Herons, Red-legged Partridge, Spotted and Pied Flycatchers, etc.
