This detached single storey holiday cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Westleton, close to RSPB Minsmere (2 miles), the Hen Reed Beds and historic Dunwich (2.5 miles) on the Suffolk coast. The area is rich in wildlife and has a network of footpaths.
Just a few minutes walk away you’ll find two pubs including the award-winning The Crown, and a village stores. Westleton is roughly about halfway between the seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh which makes it an ideal location for exploring the pretty heritage coastline and ancient villages. Darsham mainline train station is around 3 miles away, with several direct trains to London Liverpool St.
Just around the corner you’ll find an excellent pub serving freshly made local produce and a village stores, and the pretty village green that hosts the famous annual barrel rolling fair.
Inside there’s an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with a contemporary wood-burning stove and glazed folding doors leading out to the garden. There are two ground floor bedrooms and outside there’s a patio with a table and chairs in the summer, a lawn, and off road parking for one car.

The nearby town of Leiston has a leisure centre, cinema and a curry house as well as other local shopping facilities. The leisure centre often offers holiday clubs, and has two swimming pools (childrens and a main 25 metre pool) tennis, squash plus an indoor soft play area.
